For the scottish play, our group has mostly worked well together, and already developed high quality ideas.  We already have our characters, some stage direction, roles to set up the prompt book, and have run through the script many times.   Personally, i started memorizing my lines, and should have them done by the weekend, because their are only 10.  In responce to the play, we have taken Shakespeares lines, and split the role of the old man into two so it would go along with our group and give each member about an equal number of lines. So far, this has been a well acomplished task.
