After our class discussion on Thursday about Iraq, i am split between two decissions i do not think that America should completely pull out of the country, because that will cut off alot of our oil. Also, if we stay in the country for along time, then we will be wasting away our money by trying to help them build a country which might not even last. No one knows that if the second we leave the country it will continue to turn into a war zone filled with racisum just like it was before, or how long we will need to stay in Iraq until things start getting even a slight bit better. I think that the most logical choice would be to split the country into three different sections, each containing the the different religion that they all practice, which is basically the sections that they are living in today. This will give each an equal oppertunity to practice their religion on their own will, invest money to support the people, and start the rebuilding process. For the reasons listed above, I believe that is the most logical answer to all the questions about Iraq.

| For the scottish play, our group has mostly worked well together, and already developed high quality ideas. We already have our characters, some stage direction, roles to set up the prompt book, and have run through the script many times. Personally, i started memorizing my lines, and should have them done by the weekend, because their are only 10. In responce to the play, we have taken Shakespeares lines, and split the role of the old man into two so it would go along with our group and give each member about an equal number of lines. So far, this has been a well acomplished task. |

I chose to read Night, by Elie Weisel, because when searching for a book to read, i skimmed through the back of the books, and this seemed the most interesting. In 8th grade, i remember studying the hollocast and it grabbed me in more then usual topics. When i asked people how this book has been, i have got many positive responces, so i hope that it follows through with that. So far, i know that the book is about the hollocast and the search for survival by this one family, i heard that the book is sad, but worth it.
